Custom Designs

In hotels, museums, companies and private building projects across Europe and the UK I have designed custom heating and cooling systems that fit around unique floor layouts. From classic CAD designs to Solidworks and reverse rendering projects, I can almost always find a way to make an idea come to life.

Master of Production

More than CAD and Solidworks renderings, I know what it really takes to make a design exist. I have spent years on the production floor directing assembly, machine troubleshooting, and final quality checks. Every fold, weld and wiring placement is carefully verified for accurate assembly, waterproof testing, and final measurement checks. I know the real issues that arise from poor designs and how to avoid them.

Versatility

Practical knowledge

I have extensive machine experience: Air compressors, fiber optic CNC laser, hydraulic press brake, and fin die-press machine, semi-automatic welding robot, overhead cranes up to 50 tonnes, and various other tools of production. For the last several years I've managed workers and production on the manufacturing floor including certain machine maintenance, repair, and optimization for safety and efficiency.

Efficiency and durability

I'm passionate about fine tuning machines and processes to be the most efficient they can be. One fiber optic CNC laser I was able to convert almost entirely to compressed air, significantly reducing company gas costs and refining the settings to be able to cut a much wider range of thicknesses than the company was able to create before. Every project and machine I work with is approached the same way, to be put to it's most effective use for as long as possible.
